At KYLUXE LANE, we take pride in offering high-quality, handcrafted skincare products and Fragrances. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our items, we maintain a strict but fair return policy to ensure the safety and integrity of all products.

1. All Sales Policy (Hygiene & Safety)
All skincare products and Fragrances are considered final sale once opened or used.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any opened products.

2. Unopened & Unused Items
We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will gladly:
- Replace the item, OR
- Issue a refund/store credit (at our discretion)

Please include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging

4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable

5. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once processing has begun, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.

6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used skincare products and Fragrances
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
